Our Company Teraim ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.teraim.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our App Field Pad.



Information Collection and Use

We do not knowinly or intentionally collect any personal data.

Log Data

If the app Field Pad crashes, we will give the user an option to send in the Field Pad's current Log file. This contains the log from Android prior to the crash and is very unlikely to contain any personal information.
However, this Log Data may include information such as your Field Pad device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address.


Communications

We do not use your personal information to contact you. We don't even have your email. 

Other data Collection

The App has a feature for synchronisation of Data between Field Pad devices using a central server. This server will have information in regards to a certain user's location at given times, making it possible to see where someone is. Teraim does however not OWN or operate such a server. 

The purpose of Field Pad is to allow the user to collect data according to a list of Variables defined in configuration files. This collection is not linked to any personal information.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 18, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
